Dr. Ranu Nayak
Founder & Director
Dr. Nayak is a seasoned materials science expert with over 20 years of research experience in nanotechnology, thin films, and applied physics. She holds a PhD in Physics from Delhi University and completed her postdoctoral research at the Medical University of South Carolina, USA. Her research spans biosensors, nanocarrier drug delivery, antimicrobial agents, and wastewater remediation. She has received several national and international research grants and awards, including the prestigious BIRAC Biotechnology Ignition Grant. Dr. Nayak is also associated with Amity University Uttar Pradesh as a full-time Professor, where she continues her research and constructively contribute to society.
Ms. Subarna Ghosh

Ms. Subarna Ghosh is an experienced business professional with over 28 years of diverse experience in corporate leadership and consulting. She is a graduate in Mathematics and Business from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University. After holding senior management roles in reputed media organizations such as the ABP Group, Times Group, The Statesman, and exchange4media until 2010, she transitioned to supporting MSMEs and startups in achieving product-market fit and business development. She currently works with startups in emerging tech domains including Nanotechnology, Medical Devices, and AI, helping build scalable solutions and diversified revenue streams. Her expertise lies in optimizing business models with sustainable growth.
Prof. Balvinder Shukla
Chief Strategic & Leadership Advisor
Prof. (Dr.) Balvinder Shukla is the Vice Chancellor of Amity University, Noida, and a seasoned academic and corporate leader with over 22 years of experience. She has held senior roles in organizations like Shimnit Group, Interra Software, and IIHT Systems, where she drove business growth, strategic planning, and organizational development. A strong promoter for innovation and institution building, she serves on multiple advisory boards and professional bodies. As Strategic Leadership Advisor, she brings her deep expertise in strategic management, change leadership, and entrepreneurship to support innovation-led growth.
Dr. B K Murthy
Cheif Technical Advisor
Dr. B. K. Murthy is a renowned technology evangelist with deep expertise in emerging technologies including Blockchain, Metaverse, and AI/ML. With a distinguished career spanning leadership roles in government, academia, and innovation ecosystems, he has served as the Former CEO of IIT Bhilai Innovation and Technology Foundation and as Senior Director at MeitY, Government of India. An alumnus of IIT Delhi, Dr. Murthy has been instrumental in driving national technology initiatives and fostering startup ecosystems. He is currently serving as Dean of Translational Research and Entrepreneurship Development at Amity University Uttar Pradesh.
Dr. Meenakshi Kanojia
Chief Administrative Coordinator
Dr. Meenakshi Kanojia is an experienced professional in innovation and technology management with over 16 years in the higher education and innovation ecosystem. She currently serves as Additional Director at the Innovation & Technology Transfer Cell, Amity University Uttar Pradesh, where she focuses on technology transfer, startup support, and industry-academia collaboration. A Ph.D. in Management of Technology Development and Transfer, she is a registered technology transfer professional. She holds additional qualifications in International Business, Entrepreneurship, and Investment Banking from NUS.
Mr. Shishir Jain

Mr. Shishir Jain is a skilled finance professional with over 30 years of experience in financial management and administration. Currently serving as Deputy Finance Officer at Amity University Uttar Pradesh. With extensive experience in managing large-scale financial systems within academic and administrative environments, he brings both strategic insight and operational excellence to the role.
Mr. Vinod Sharma
Instrumentation Consultant
Mr. Vinod Sharma is an experienced instrumentation expert with decades of experience in designing and manufacturing custom-made research & industrial laboratory instruments. An engineering graduate from Agra University, he began his career at Scinokem before founding Trace Biotech in 1993. Mr. Sharma has served as a technical advisor and consultant to several premier institutions and industries, including AIIMS Delhi, Pusa Institute, TERI, ONGC (Ahmedabad & Assam), Oil India Ltd., and BPCL G.Noida, among others.
Ms. Neha Soni

Neha Soni is a passionate chemist with a strong interest in research and innovation. A graduate of Delhi University, she is currently pursuing her PhD in Nanotechnology at Amity University Uttar Pradesh. Her work focuses on exploring novel nanotechnology based solutions in the field of wastewater remediation.
